Do you know what the difference is between a Women's XL and a Men's XL?

The inside seam tag (where the washing instructions are) says Baerskin Green 4, Size L on my husband's jacket, but mine says Baerskin Fem 4, Burgundy S. The tag on the collar of his jacket says US L/EU L, but mine has the bear logo face and an S.
This jacket has the collar tag marked the same way as my husband's jacket. I'm wondering if the inside seam tag is marked FEM.
This seems to be a new jacket with tags. Is there any indication on the tags that this a women's XL?
