Brand new! NEVER WORN, except to try them on one time. I accidentally tried them on a surface that I shouldn’t have so they got slightly scuffed from me standing in them. I love them, but I decided on a different shoe for our wedding. They are gorgeous if you are looking for that “something blue” for your big day! I’m shoe obsessed so I take good care of my things and they are still wrapped up like when I got them, they also came with a bag and extra beading in case one falls off.
