hizzo760 @katehattemer hi there my sincere apologies for the delayed response. The waste is 14 inches flat across, but it’s kind of an empire waste fit so it doesn’t sit on your true waist kind of sits at the bottom of your rib cage. as far as the back it’s a full zip all the way up to the neck. I will upload a new picture of the back now. Let me know if you have any other questions. I’m glad to help.
