Badgely Mishka, asymmetric handkerchief, hem halter dress with a bow

This pretty dress starts out as a halter with a nice thick long tag to tie it a large bow it is fitted throughout the body to about the knee and then trumpets out in an asymmetric handkerchief hymn. There is some stretch to this in excellent condition.
