@katia954 hi, yes this is brand new. 💗 the straps have some wrinkles from where it was folded when it was shipped to me, thats it. :) im gonna fold the straps to ship it too, so thats not a problem, the more it gets used the straps will straighten out. :) hope all this info helps. thank you.
