Not positive on dimensions. I took a picture of it with a regular mead spiral notebook in it if that gives you any idea as to how big.

The soonest I would be able to ship is Friday and yes it can fit binders and text books. This bag has never been used. The only flaw with this bag is it may not be in your hands by Monday :(
