Backless flare sleeve shift dress 🌹

Lightweight fabric. Full sleeve that flares at the cuff, the dress also has a slight flare at the hem. Dress is backless with a tie at the back of the neck. Floral print is black, red, and royal blue. Length ~31-32” it’s a fairly short mini swing dress. sleeve length is about 28”
