mmmmmmarta @tammytams812 it’s One size. Usually OS is for size 1-12. I think it has more to do with torso size more than breast size since the other bra harnesses I have work to fit that way. I think that a 36 D would probably work fine but I’m not 100% sure either and don’t want to mislead. I think if you’re a size large or smaller in shirt size, I think it would be ok. Xl I feel would be more hit or miss. I know that’s a long response! I hope that helps!
