Bachmann Trains O-S Scale Depot Building

Found this in a gifted tote full of trains and buildings. I only collect HO scale so I want to find a new home for this O-S scale train depot. This set comes with no people and only the 2 benches. It's also missing the two "plasticville" signs that would sit on its roof. Since I don't collect this scale, I'm listing at $15 but will entertain offers.
