Embodying love and all its facets, "Heartbreak" celebrates the impact that the hit show has had on the hearts and minds of viewers around the globe. Drawing from the show’s season four storyline, it is also a recognition of the inevitable nature of what can happen, sometimes, when things don't go our way.
