3-6 months/ 12-18 pounds. We used these to transition our girls from the Ollie swaddles. 1) Ollie swaddle 2) magic sleep suit 3) sleep sack. We followed a sleep program and our girls were sleeping through the night with these tools at a few weeks! Only used a few short weeks for the transition. Pet free/smoke free household.
