Baby Gap black velvet/cream sparkle tulle dress w/panties. 18-24 mos. NWOT.

Lovely fancy holiday dress from Baby Gap. Top portion is black velvet (this has an over layer which expand past the underlayer w/cotton and tulle). See the 3rd from last picture. Ivory tulle w/gold sparkles/ivory cotton underskirt. Short sleeves. NWOT as the Panties are still attached to the dress Please note. Last two pictures show a close up of the velvet. When looked at a certain angle it looks different from the rest of the velvet. I’m sure it’s not noticeable while wearing and I don’t think it’s wear, but I cannot be sure. Price reflects this
