Simple/modest but beautiful dress in baby blue with an empire waist and lovely flower accent to back waist. Ankle length. Back zip + hook & eye. Fully lined. Dry clean only. Tag shows size 11-12 but I would judge it more like an 8 or 10. No designer tag. Approximate flat measurements: Shoulder to hem: 48.5” Pit to pit: 17” Waist: 16” Shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 14.5” Please note small stains to front skirt in last pic.
