Baby Einstein was founded in 1996 by mother & former teacher Julie Aigner-Clark at her home in Georgia. Driven by a passion for the arts, she wanted a way to introduce the fundamentals of music, language, poetry, colors, shapes, and more to young children. There may be some glare on the pics of the case. On a personal note: This CD (also others I have listed) was well-loved & often played on repeat for my infants. When they were a older, they developed personal preferences & would choose which music they wanted to hear. The music is lovely & soothing, which is probably why I've held on to them for so long. I don't know if the exposure to this music had anything to do with my children's development, but I will tell you that my daughter is well on her way to becoming a professional artist & my son graduated high school a year early & is headed to medical school. Both were in several honor societies & both received a full ride to their individual colleges. Obviously, I'm a fan of Baby Einstein. [355]
