Wispy Hi Lo Blue Floral dress from by & by. 100 percent polyester with 100 percent polyester lining. Easy machine wash cold gentle cycle and hang dry in minutes. Made in Vietnam Size 15 converts to a 7 USA. I would say that’s a safe conversion because Im an 8/10 now and it’s only a tad tight when zipped. Adjustable straps alongside the ruffled sleeve. Wear the ruffle up beside the strap or dropped down over the shoulder either way looks great. Nice smooth 13” zipper down the back. This is a very well made dress with no sloppy stitching and it’s in perfect condition. A tad sexy the Split front is lined and measures 27” from waist to front hem, the back falls 36” from the waist. Overall From shoulder to the draping long back bottom hem is 50”. Sounds long but Im under 5’ and it does not hit the floor in the back on me. Shoulder to shoulder is 16” and pit to pit is 19”.
