This vintage serving tray likely from the 1950s is perfect for any occasion. With a beautiful leaf shape and a hammered aluminum finish, it's sure to impress your guests. Made by B W Buenilum in the United States, this medium-sized tray has a capacity of one fish, one sleeve of crackers, many pieces of cheese with olives, and 44 baby carrots. Whatever you can imagine for it! The tray features a twisted aluminum handle and a bohemian style that's perfect for beach or pool parties. It's made of high-quality aluminum and can be easily cleaned with soap and water. This original piece is perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and even Hindu holidays and festivals. 1929: Frederick Buehner immigrates to the United States from Lindach, Germany 1933: Frederick Buehner develops a unique formula for hammered aluminum and trademarks it as Buenilum. This piece could’ve been manufactured from the 1930s through the 1950s but my guess is the 1950s because of the style. Very Mid-Century vibe. The other tell is the condition. While well loved (see photos) it still packs quite the luster and is ready for service again. The BW Buenilum company operated out of Norwalk, Connecticut from the 1930s - 1960.
