BVLA Petals. 6mm, 16g, threaded back, 14k yellow gold and green tourmaline. The end is 6mm in size with two 4mm by 2mm gems. Originally purchased from Starfire body jewelry and will come with packaging. No flaws. Does not come with labret backing post, pictured end only.
