Reposhing this item I purchased from @brandstreet. Classic Burberry plaid that goes with everything. this has a zipper at the top and they can stick their head out the end. I Loved it, and it's unused but it's just a little too big for my 6 lb chihuahua. It's in perfect condition but there was a little repair on one of the straps where they put their head out, which i will tighten up. Other than that it's in excellent condition, really cute and chic.

@shopskully good eye! Yes I noticed that too. I did not add those. I bought this for my Chihuahua but he's just a little too small for it. Maybe they were added by whoever I've purchased it from.
