poshtaush81 @oliviatrazy I’m not exactly certain. I put measurements in the photos of you want to measure one of your headbands that fit well and see. I’m sorry that I don’t know the difference. I will say I tried it on and it was comfortable but of course everyone likes a different fit. Thank you for your interest.

poshtaush81 @angel145 great question! I’m unsure as well. I had a similar question earlier this week. Maybe take a headband that fits well and compare measurements? I wish I had a better answer. I did try it on and it was comfortable however I know everyone has a different fit! Hope this helps!
