modelimx @ngh25 Hello, and thank you for your interest. This gorgeous coat is not water resistant. It's not heavy or oversized, but it is roomy. It fits me just right. I generally wear a small to medium in tops. I'm a 34DD for reference, and there is plenty of room. This is the perfect coat for the spring and fall season.
