skt2n @aesapper the bottom of the chiffon comes a couple inches above my knee. The liner underneath is stops at the hem a couple more inches from the bottom. I'm 5'2" and could do it as a dress.

skt2n @aesapper I added a pic so you can see. The chiffon comes down plenty far enough to wear as a dress. A tall person could use it as a shirt. A short person like me could make it a dress. As a dress I would probably put a slip under it since the liner is shorter.
