MAMMOTH RUSSIAN Sunflower~ Helianthus Annuus Gray Stripe BULK 1000 Seeds 100% ORGANICALLY GROWN, right here on our land..... that is purely chemical free; regenerative farming techniques, and selective seed harvesting for the tallest plants, with the largest and most blooms~ that tolerate heat, drought and "pests" (although we don't consider them pests around here... they are welcome!!) the absolute BEST!! These are 6th generation Gypsy Musings/Sunflower Hill Farm's Seeds. I always send the most fresh, most recent harvest's seeds and we grow these EVERY year!!!! Gorgeous super tall plants with massive leaves that shoot up to up to 14' tall (my shortest one was about 8' and that was because I planted them late) that either get one truly astonishingly large flower head on them, OR a few will have lots of smaller ones all the way up the stalk high into the sky!!! However, I do not send seeds from the smaller flowers. I only send the seeds collected from the Mammoth flowers. But if you do get a few that do the multiple flower thing, The little birds (like golden finch) LOVE those!!!! They will spend all day hanging out in the sunflowers in mid-late summer, munching on the half to almost ripe seeds. And let me tell you.... if you want to attract pollinators to your garden, sunflowers will do the trick. They attract all kinds of them. And LOTS of them. In the picture, you can see that the one measured is about 12" across. However, that is after
