sherylea Hi, Is the 28 inches in length with or without the shoulder straps? Also what is the length from the front of the top to the hem? Thanks.

sherylea It looks like the lower part of the dress that sticks out from underneath the top overlay (that starts attached to the waist) is shorter in the last two photos. Anyway, I need it to be at least 24 to 25 inches from the top of the center front of the dress to the hem and at least 32 inches from the top of the shoulder strap to the hem. Anyway, I need enough fabric out from beneath the overlay to make it 32 inches in length. Thank you for your efforts,

sherylea If this dress was shortened by the previous owner, was it shortened beneath the first overlay (attached to the waist)—where I could let it out a couple of inches without showing? Or, if was it shortened by cutting off from the lower hemline? I’m really hoping that it can work out. Or maybe it wasn’t shortened at all, and it’s an optical illusion from the last two photos. Thanks again for your efforts.

sherylea Hi, I see that you have a lot of listings, so you probably are fairly busy and haven’t yet had the time to find this dress and answer my questions regarding the 28 inch length measurement, etc. I just mainly need to know whether it’s from the shoulder to hem or from the center front of the bodice to the hem. By the way, the offer that you just made would have been accepted if I had the information I needed to make sure it would fit. Hoping to hear back from you soon.
