BRILLIANTE by J.A. Vintage Short sleeve bright blue formal/ evening/ special occasion one piece gown with fully lined beaded top and a flowy layered chiffon skirt (bottom). It has a zipper closure with hook and eye at top and it also has removable shoulder pads. This was worn one time to a wedding in the 90s and has been well kept and taken care of since then.
