BRAND NEW WITH OUT TAGS HAS NEVER BEEN WORN BEAUTIFUL Floral blouse. I believe I got it from TJ Maxx or Marshalls. It is Black with peach and yellow flowers. You can wear it to a special occasion or as an every day attire.
