@sdmamatab they run oversized so I’d say a bigger medium. These are the measurements from the website. I’m tall too I was worried about them being too short I’m 5’8 and with them being a little oversized they still hit at a good leg length even with the inseam being 30.7 inches
Front rise: 10.5 in.
Waist: 35.4 in.
Thigh width: 13.7 in.
Inseam length: 30.7 in.
