nikkilee1969 @mssocialite_ I see that the area past the waist appears to be tapered in (smaller than waist area). Is it tighter around thighs? I’m wondering if it could be let out....such pretty design.

mssocialite_ @nikkilee1969 Hello! It's not smaller below the hips, however, it is lined and ruching at the bottom, only. I have hips, so that's why it didn't come all the way down on me. Measured from the widest part in the hip area, it's 20".
