Reposhing this item I purchased from @lsfrederick. Loved it, but it’s a bit too big. Beautiful blue, sleeveless, tiered maxi with discreet cutouts. New with tags. pairs well with cowboy boots or summer espadrilles. Now to search for one a size smaller. Questions? Leave a comment below!
