It's very hard to find brand new step ins, these have some cosmetic blemishes and some dirt on them but they are brand new - you can tell if step ins are brand new by looking at the notches - if the notches don't have any scraping etc than the boots have never been seated into bindings and so never used (when the boots are put into bindings the metal latches on the bindings scrape up the notches). The notches on these boots have no marks (please see photo).
