Yes, the bag has never been used and has the original price tag still attached. But I'd say, the bag wouldn't meet "pristine" and in retail store new condition, which I think is implicit in the designation. Here's why I say this: As mentioned above, the bag is missing the crossbody/shoulder strap. Presto--the shoulder bag is now a clutch or wallet. You can also find a surface scrape and shelf scuffs/scratches wear on the leather, mainly in the back. The interior is new clean. Also, most of the gold hardware still has the protective coating on.
