Is this navy blue? Please provide measurements, any flaws inside/outside, ink marks, pet free environment, smells, scratches on hardware?

Yes, it is navy blue, 16" wide x 10" tall X 5" deep. Has 4 gold "feet" on bottom and is practically new. I used it once so interior is clean and no scratches.
