BP Elbow Cutout Ruffle Sweater

Pretty light blue sweater. The sleeves are the cutest-there are cutouts at the elbows and the cutout is surrounded by sweater ruffles. It is a tunic length. Scoop neck. It fits a little oversized. Loved this sweater, so sad it doesn’t fit me anymore. Purchased from Nordstrom
