I have this but the bottle will not open, I’m either missing something about it, or it’s broken? Theres like $199 worth of. Product in there but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to open it It’s yours if you want to try I have disabilities and my hands are affected so it could be my nerve damage I can’t promise it will open.
