I’ve worn Freebird boots for years, but they were never comfortable or easy to wear. For that reason, I sought out stylish boots with a bohemian vibe, but a brand I could wear for hours. Hello BORN! I love these vintage boots, but I do not wear them as much as my other boots, (because of heels)and nothing is allowed to sit idle in my closet! I’m a fairly wide 8.5 and these are very comfortable, even walking in the urban area where I live. Unlike Freebirds, these won’t cost you a few hundred bucks. I flip the top part up to wear under cropped jeans, but you can leave it down or even cut it off completely if you like.
