BOHO Fringe Sleeve Tie-Back Tunic

A fun & unique top with fringe bat-wing sleeves, and a tie in the upper back. The material is super soft, light and thin. It's a light heather grey and very comfortable! Only worn once, so it's in like-new condition. Laid flat it measures 30" in length and 30" in width armpit to armpit.
