BNWT sequin and beaded vintage gown with open back 80s 1980s

It PAINS me to give this dress up but it simply doesn’t fit me. I bought this in Los Angeles and like to think it belonged to a movie star in the 80s. Vintage size 10, brand new with tags. I can’t find any flaws even in the beading (also comes with original extra beads and sequins). Waist 14” flat no stretch Pit to pit 18”
