BNWT Toddler's Flower Applique & Tulle Dress (2T)

BNWT white dress with flower appliques on the bodice and a full tulle skirted bottom. Size is 100, which converts to a 2T in US sizing. Skirt falls to below the knee, but not all the way to the ankle. Brand on tags is "VOGUE FASHION." I purchased this through Overstock.com, but my daughter didn't grown into it this summer and I don't want it to yellow while we wait. It's too beautiful just to sit in a closet!
