Hi there! For reference I usually wear a 6 or Medium in tops and I am 34 DD and the medium fits me perfect but laying flat the small measures 16.66" from armpit to armpit, the medium measures 17.33" from pit to pit and large is 18.66" , as far as length goes small is 17.33" medium is 18.66" and large is 17.33" @michelle_stack
