May or may not have sequins that don’t shift or easily, this can happen on shoes occasionally. I have not shifted any sequins other than the toe box for pics. Some silver some black looks great together IMO. UK 3 equates to US 5 but as they are whole sizes many can fit 5 and 5.5, though some retro and older styles fit a 5-6 IMO I have many older pairs that are more generously sized.
