B Makowsky black suede heeled loafers. If you know about the brand B Makowsky, they were a high end handbag designer like Michael Kors and Kate Spade. They went out of business in the early 2000’s. So these are likely Y2K or 1990’s Vintage goodness! And they were known for using the most amazing suede and leather. These heels have some weight to them and are very well-made. Heel measurement is in photos. These have an elastic band at the top of the foot underneath the tongue to help with a perfect fit and to keep these from sliding. Such a thoughtful detail.
