BLUE SEQUIN fit-n-flare DRESS!

Deep blue sequined dress, sleeveless/tank style with gold zipper up the back. Fit-n-flare style, super cute! Falls to about the knee on my because I’m only 5’2 - if you’re a taller person this would hit more thigh length and would be gorgeous! The brand is ISSI but I picked it up at Marshall’s on a mark down - just wasn’t the right length on me. GREAT STEAL!!!
