BLONDIE and ME Y2K Evening Dress Prom Formal Party Circa 1998 90s

NWT Never worn but tried on, Beautiful dress for Prom, Homecoming, Wedding or any formal event. Size 7/8 but runs small so please refer to measurements for proper fit. Length: 57" straps are not adjustable so this is length from tip of strap to bottom. Bust: 16" Raised (3D) pattern on the bust. (one small piece is loose so can either be cut or sewn) Made in USA 54% RAYON 46% ACETATE Hugs the waist beautifully then flares out a bit. Pictures don't do this dress justice. Shoulder shawl/cover. Dress is beautiful with it or without. Length of wrap is 72" and 18" wide. Neatly stored in my closet. Decided to go with a darker dress that I will also be posting.
