vixen676 My apologies for changing the share requirement yet again 🙄 but with all the recent updates and glitches, I'm pretty sure this is where we'll stay for awhile (if not permanently) 🤗

vixen676 With the change in how the feed works, shares between PFFs no longer have any impact on getting your listings seen. The algorithm is deciding what a shopper will see in their FOR YOU feed based on their impressions, clicks, likes, puchases and searches. The algorithm also decides what are the best results to show a shopper when the shopper performs a search (gray sweater with sequins, for example)

vixen676 You might be thinking "why stay in a share group?" or "why continue to share at all?" Some sharing is still necessary to show the algorithm you're an active seller and also because we are currently required to perform a certain amount of community shares to achieve/maintain our Poshmark Ambassador status.

vixen676 Poshmark is emphasizing there are SEVERAL ways to show the algorithm that you are being an active seller: listing and relisting, dropping prices, making offers, sharing your relevant listings to parties, etc. Active sellers will be "rewarded" with your getting their listings higher up in search results.

vixen676 The algorithm is working FOR us, making sure our listings are getting seen by the right shoppers. This is a small blessing! We no longer need to spend endless amounts of time sharing! 😃🎉

vixen676 Meaning, the more activities you consistently do, the better your algorithm "score" will be. When a shopper uses the search bar ("gray sweater with sequins") the algorithm returns results based on how well your listing matches those search terms and the better your "score", the higher your listing will be placed in those results.

vixen676 @jamiiez You're more than more than welcome do that this week if you want! I might time it this week a few days to see how long it takes to click and scroll on three. It doesn't seem like much, but if we're doing it to 21 listings daily, I don't want it be too time-consuming and turn people off with my experiments 🙄😄
