BLAKE SHELTON Based On A True Story CMA Promo Vinyl Record Player WB 2013 CMA promo record in original promo envelope, with instructions on how to scan a barcode to play it, however, the codes no longer work.  It is packaged in a cardboard faux record player, but has come loose from it.  Records measures approx 11.75", faux player 18x13x 3/8" and original envelope 21x17". Good working condition with light wear/ scratches, actual record does play... some finger prints on the back of case, cardboard case and envelope have light wear/creasing.
