style_goddess_ Are these completely sheer other than the part at the top that looks like shorts under it? Do they come that way? Or did you put shorts under them? What is the material like and can you give me measurements for the waist as is and then what the measurement is when the waist is stretched out? Thank you.

evanay @brandydroy123 hi thank you for your patience on a response , the shorts come with the pants. the pants are 100% polyester very lightweight and soft. approximate waist measurements are 11" , stretched out 17" waist is very stretchy
