BLACK PARTY MINI DRESS

Dress is black with top layer designed with mini cuts and zigzags. The Cleese’s have slits in them from top of shoulder down to wrist, and it is a V neck line. You can see exact measurements in the pictures. It is in perfect condition and was only worn one time. I’ve included a picture of what it looked like when I wore it so you have an idea.
