All black lace, the front has black underlay, but the sleeve and back do not!! It's a super sexy but still classy too! It's not fitted at all, but it is a little shorter (BUT NOT A CROP TOP). Super easy to dress up or down! Great for fall!! Says medium but fits like a S/M
