BJ fleece lined blue boots. Size 40 (9), but fits like a 7.5

These boots are stamped with 40, which is comparable to a size 9. But the fit like a 7.5, so I listed them as 7.5. Please feel free to ask any questions! From a pet friendly/smoke free home. 0833
