Mayim Bialik was born in 1975 and was a child star in the late 80’s & early 90’s - “Beaches”, “Blossom”. She left Hollywood to become a neuroscientist but was lured back in 2010 to guest star a Sheldon’s girlfriend Amy Farrah Fowler on the hit comedy “The Big Bang Theory”. She stayed for 8 seasons and was nominated for 4 Emmys. Mayim signed this 8x10 inch photo of her character in blue Sharpie.
