I did have the hem shortened 2 inches (I am 5'8 and wore heals that were 2 inches) and some slight bust alterations to tighten a bit but my seamstress did a beautiful job (I am a 36 c bra size).

caseyridge3 @chuynh91 hello! i will accept your lower offer but want to be transparent that I have not gotten dress dry cleaned after wearing. The bottom of the dress is a bit dirty from the train hitting floor but other than that only a couple small marks if you look close (confident dress cleaner would remove)
